THE LABEL
The Rewritten story begins in 2016 when friends Katie Arnott and Fran Cookson decided to design and create their own contemporary bridesmaid label.

The Rewritten gals have grown the brand to what it is today and have lived and breathed all things bridesmaid and their passion shows in all their collections.

Fran designs everything in-house and the styles are sampled at their London studio, where they create the majority of their best-selling styles. The bold colours are completely unique to them and every dress is created from fabric that is dyed to their exact colour specifications.

The Rewritten collection is cool and effortless and takes an entirely modern approach to bridesmaid wear.

With varying styles and fabrics, the Rewritten collection will appeal to bridesmaids looking to show their own individuality and style.

ETHICS + SUSTAINABILITY
Rewritten are not purveyors of fast fashion and fundamentally believe that a bridesmaid dress should be worn more than once rather than relegated to the back of the wardrobe - they like to call it sustainable bridesmaids dressing.

They’re constantly striving to be more sustainable in an ever environmentally conscious world. Their packaging is 95% recyclable and your dresses will be stored in reusable cotton dust bags. They use recycled fabric throughout 50% of their collection and plan to increase this to 100% by the end of 2024.

Rewritten are committed to doing better and are a founding member of the Sustainability Fashion Accelerator with leading authority, The Trampery.
