As of 1st November we are introducing a £30 refundable deposit for all our Saturday appointments.
Let us explain why;
Most bridal boutiques don’t quite operate the same as other shops. Unlike a high street stores or a Wed2Be you can’t just pop in, browse and take your dress away that day.
When you come along to your appointment at a luxury independent store like ours you have a dedicated stylist with you at all times, exclusive use of an area of the boutique and guaranteed one to one attention for up to 2 hours.
Now imagine your lovely stylist waiting patiently to greet you for your two hour appointment and no-one turns up? Sadly this is a regular occurrence and as much as people intend to phone to cancel, many don’t. As a small family business, this has a huge impact on us and also affects other brides that haven’t been able to book an appointment because it’s already taken.
So we’ve decided to follow suit with a few other luxury Scottish bridal boutiques and charge a small refundable deposit. The £30 deposit will be fully refunded to you after your appointment or providing you cancel or reschedule within at least 48 hours’ notice.
We hope the brides that see the value in this will want to come along and see our beautiful gowns and experience our relaxed and friendly boutique.
